I am a brunch kind of guy especially with lamb involved! Service was great! The food was delicious. I will go back.

Interesting blend of Mexican and Greek cuisine, but not bad. Greatly enjoyed the tzatziki as part of the Grecian Alternative breakfast (pictured). Will be back to try their dinner menu! Priced appropriately for the quality/amount of food.

My husband and I finally made it into Pegasus for brunch. We had had friends and neighbors suggest it often. We had an amazing experience. The staff is lovely. Our server, Brooke was a delight. The food was DELICIOUS. Thank you to the whole team at Pegasus.

Fabulous Breakfast Burrito smothered in green chile, and same can be said of the country biscuits(moist but not mushy) and gravy. The cinnamon roll had a really nice crunchy carmel glaze outside and soft cinnamon cooked dough inside. Wonderful wait staff, attentive to our water/drink and meal needs. The owner stopped by our table to thank us for choosing his restaurant, and politely offered us a Happy New Year! Overall, a great experience!

Get the cinnamon roll, you won't regret it! We had about an hour wait for this restaurant but it was totally worth it. Our food was amazing and the (possible owner) man that kept telling our tables jokes made for a fun visit!

Enjoyed the breakfast burrito flavorful and smothered in green chili sauce. Ordered the cinnamon roll it was flaky and delicious. Can't wait for our next visit to Pegasus.

This is such a quaint comfortable spot to get brunch or dinner! A friend of mine recommended this place and I was pleased with how nice of a restaurant this is. They also have really friendly service. had one of their specials, the Chile Relleno, and it was delicious. Their cinnamon rolls are also sooooo good! I can't wait to go back and try their other menu items!

Wonderful experience at a Castle Rock institution! A shout out to our waitress Peggy who made us feel like friends and made sure everything was perfect for our lunch. One of our favorite restaurants in Castle Rock!
